What’s the EZ Chair Guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied with your haircut:

1) Ask your barber for a fix if you’re comfortable
2) If you’ve already asked your barber or are not comfortable asking your barber, ask for the store manager or another experienced barber to do a fix-up free of charge. We will jump you to the front of the line.
3) If after steps 1 and 2, you are not satisfied with your cut, then please pay whatever, if anything, you think is fair. We’re committed to building long-term friendships with our customers and will always strive to make things right!
